The first time session is a 1-hour workout led by a Shoot 360 coach. This is a guided workout to experience and learn about Shoot 360’s training technology. It will help you get the most out of your session while getting familiar with the tech. This comes also with an assessment and recommendation on the best package to suit your goals and needs.
- For a seamless experience, you may book your First Time Session through our website (www.shoot360ph.com). You will be able to lock-in a schedule and pay for your First Time Session there.

From check-in to your first rep, here’s how we make your First Time Session easy and amazing!
- Check In + Welcome Walkthrough
Please arrive at the Facility at least 15 mins prior to the start of your schedule. Upon arrival we’ll greet
you, get your profile set up, and tour you through the space. - Skills Court Training
The coach will lead you through a series of Ball-handling, passing, footwork, reaction training, and
decision-making drills — all tracked and fed back to you instantly. - Shooting Court Workout
You’ll run through guided drills with real-time feedback on the Splash Meter – measuring your arc,
depth, alignment – and consistency. - Coaching Support Throughout
Our coaches are hands-on, encouraging, and fully focused on helping you feel confident and successful
in your first workout. - Your Data Made Available To You
You’ll leave with real numbers showing where you shine and where you can grow — the foundation of
every player’s training journey here. - Next Steps
We’ll walk you through your options if you want to keep training:

Yes, minors need parental or guardian’s consent to sign up to any of the Shoot 360 offerings. Please ensure that your parent or guardian signs in all forms (digital or printed) and indicates their email address and contact numbers among your contact information.
